INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on MORR, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders.


SHOPPING PROCESS
1. It's easy to place an order with us. Log-in to your account to begin browsing our range. Once you've found the product you want, you'll need to click 'Add to basket'.
2. You'll need to enter the details manually and please confirm the quantity and amount of the goods, recipient information, shipping method. (MORR adopts the method of sending electronic invoices, so there will be no paper invoices with the goods.)
3. Check everything is correct and you're good to go. We'll send you an email as soon as the order is on its way.
4. You can keep track of your orders in 「ACCOUNT」, once you've logged in you'll see each individual order that you've placed with us. Select the one that you want and you'll be provided with all the details you need about that order. We'll also send you a dispatch email as soon as your order is on the way.
5. You have the right to arrange a return within 7 days without giving a reason. Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken. (The cancellation period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you acquire.)


● Delivery 
Under normal circumstances, non-holiday, your order will be delivered within 24H. In the case of peak period or special situations, your order may be delayed, please kindly understand.
 After delivery, you will receive an email and SMS for the delivery tracking number. (the email will be sent to the address put down during order)
The courier company may have a delay in updating the information. Please check the courier news on the next day.
